A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Mid-to-Senior Level Corporate Healthcare Transactional Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. The candidate will work closely with a team of experienced attorneys to provide strategic legal guidance to a wide range of healthcare clients. This role focuses on complex healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate structuring, while advising on operational and organizational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys to advise clients on strategic healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, asset and equity acquisition transactions, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
  • Assist healthcare clients with corporate structuring, including formations, capital raises, and operational strategies.
  • Negotiate and draft complex agreements related to transactional and corporate matters.
  • Provide legal advice on day-to-day corporate issues, including governance, compliance, and operational concerns.
  • Communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors, offering expert legal advice to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring client goals are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and provide analytical support for healthcare-related legal issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and private equity, with a focus on healthcare.
  • Skills:
    • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
    • Exceptional research and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage and take ownership of projects independently.
    • Proficiency in negotiating and drafting complex legal agreements.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a legal team and communicate effectively with clients and advisors.
  • Education:
