Paralegal The candidate will provides support to the firm Resources Title department. Will be responsible for support with filing Unitization applications, organizing/maintaining files, drafting documents and exhibits and performing general administrative functions. Assist Title Attorneys and Title Attorney - Unitization with filing Unitization applications. General administrative duties including typing, copying and filing correspondence, memos and letters. Assist with reception duties including answering office phones and directing calls as needed in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule meetings and conference calls. May also order and maintain office supply quantities, maintain records management systems, and manage calendars. May prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Work independently and in team settings on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Comply with all regulatory, environmental and safety rules and standards, as well as company policy. Relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performing all job duties in a safe and efficient manner. Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Performing other functions/duties as required.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or Associates degree with a paralegal certificate. Must have excellent written and oral interpersonal communications skills and strong organizational skills. Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Familiarity with basic office equipment is essential.
