Intern - Legal (summer 2019)
Duties : Will performs Legal research and analysis; drafts memoranda. Assists attorneys and paralegals with commercial leasing and real estate transactional work. Assists attorneys and paralegals to prepare for meetings and conference calls. Other routine in-house legal department tasks as may be necessary. Accompanies attorneys to internal meetings with Development, Construction, Leasing, Accounting, Marketing, Tax, and Treasury departments. Prepares written correspondence as required by legal department. Performs other duties as required by Manager.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements : The candidate must be well organized, detail oriented, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Preferably should have interest in transactional, commercial real estate and/or corporate. Should have strong oral and written communication skills. Must have ability to follow policies and procedures. Should be current law student with strong academic performance.
