Procurement Contract Analyst The candidate will be responsible for preparing low complexity initial document drafts (utilizing provided templates) (SOWs, Amendments, Change Orders, etc). Will act as liaison with customers’ in-house legal counsel, sourcing and category management team members, and third party suppliers to ensure consistency of agreement terms. Facilitate the contract negotiation process, and ensure that required terms and conditions are included. Enforce processes to effect compliance and management proactively by collaborating with the CS Team Lead, client and the Sourcing and Category management team.(e.g. change order processes). Develop and maintain relationship with client’s legal and/or procurement representatives for their respective accounts. Work closely with the client legal team, to ensure seamless contract formation and contract execution support is delivered to the organization. Responsible for executing the strategy on Contract Services processes. Work closely with team mates on client portfolio, providing insight and assistance as needed.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree. Should have 1 year of professional work experience in a client/customer facing environment. Paralegal certificate is desired. 1-2 years of commercial document and/or contract preparation experience is preferred. Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills is required.
