Senior level commercial real estate transactional attorney sought by a successful, mid-sized, real estate and land use focused law firm located north of Boston. Candidates should have 5+ years experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions including drafting of p&s agreements, deeds, closing documents, condominium documents, easements, restrictions, and review of title abstracts.. Successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the firm's partners, our highly experienced paralegals, and the rest of our expert team on various projects and transactions. Admission to the MA bar is required, NH bar admission or willingness to seek admission to the NH bar is a plus.
