The candidate should have experience drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery. Experience conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews is needed. Experience managing document collection, review, and production essentials. Experience with causation and/or failure analysis is needed. Experience with multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings is essential. Must be an active member of the California Bar. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong case management skills, a work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude are needed.
