Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Track, compile, organize and submit appropriate expenses into Chrome River for members of the Subrogation Department. Maintain calendars to include scheduling appointments, depositions, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with clients/guests and taking care of all the details in connection with each event when requested. Schedules Depositions and other meetings. Arrange travel and lodging to and from all locations when requested. Handle telephone calls and/or transcribes voice mail messages into emails. Monitor emails and respond to those that can be addressed. Input time into InTapp when requested. Work with assigned biller who drafts bills for review when requested. Maintains—inputs and updates contacts and other lists when requested. Organizes and files documents when requested. Performs conflicts checks.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Office/Clerical Administrative experience is required. Experience with data management software, Chrome River and Microsoft Suite a plus. Experience in Word and Outlook necessary. Ability to follow direction and pay attention to detail. Excellent communication skills both written and word. Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment. Work well under pressure and strict deadlines. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.
