Border Prosecution Unit Attorney Duties The candidate will work under the direction of the elected District Attorney. Will assist the border prosecutors and other regional attorneys, as needed, in the prosecution of border crime.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification: The candidate should be Graduate of an accredited law school and currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Must have legal skills, analytical thinking, articulate writing and verbal skills, interpersonal relations, negotiating and organizational skills. Attorney in good standing with and licensed by the State Bar of Texas. Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and no criminal history.
