Law Professor / Attorney The candidate will participate in the entire life cycle of firm's Bar exam product - from planning and development to ongoing enhancements and future product development. Should have J.D. degree from a first-rate law school. Must have 5 years of experience as an attorney, legal writer, or professor in federal civil procedure. Exceptional communication skills required. Superior writing skills with a strong grasp of grammar needed. Proven ability to write high-quality Bar exam questions and explanations is required. Must have proficiency in MS Office/working knowledge of IT. Top 25% of graduating class is preferred. Received top scores on the Bar exam (above 150 on MBE preferred) is preferred. Should preferably have 3 years of experience in legal education. Journal or law review experience is preferred. Publication history in federal civil procedure is preferred. Must have legal expertise in federal civil procedure to write comprehensive questions and explanations for the Bar exam. Must be expert in federal civil procedure. Must have knowledge of federal civil procedure and have taught or practiced on this subject.
