• Provide legal advice on insurance claims, coverage issues, and liability.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and legal professionals.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for case management.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to insurance defense.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar.
• Proven track record of success in insurance defense cases.
• Strong understanding of insurance law and legal procedures.
