O’Brien, Belland & Bushinsky is an established, rapidly-growing, Labor law firm. We are seeking a motivated attorney with 3-5 years benefits experience to join our ERISA benefit plan practice. If you are looking for independence, growth and support, this is a great opportunity. Open to assisting in the relocation of the right candidate. We are housed in a new facility in the beautiful, suburban setting of Moorestown, New Jersey with easy access to New York and Philadelphia. The successful candidate will have experience in, and be familiar with, the following:

• Employee Income Retirement Security Act (ERISA)
• Internal Revenue Code (IRC)
• Plan compliance and Trust documents
• Taft-Hartley Pension and Welfare Funds
• Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs)
• Plan amendments
