I think providing associates at the firm with some way to blow off steam like a rec room or memberships to clubs could be beneficial to deal with the stress. Although it seems like a minor solution, I think it could be beneficial.Pros : The When it comes to what the main focus of the firm is, it is all about meeting the goals of the clients and cases. It is a great environment for those like me who are all about making sure to provide a quality of work. The pay and benefits are great. I also think that working with a group of attorneys that have expertise in different areas of the law is something that has given me an extra desire to advance my career in law.
