Profile

Contract Administrator
Responsibilities: Review, process, track and facilitate third party vendor contracts, including master services, consulting, outsourcing, software-as-a-service (SaaS), license, non-disclosure, lease, alliance and other vendor agreements, as well as statements of work, and software/hardware related contracts. Participate in process design, creation, and improvement to enable the legal and contracts team to manage heavier volumes of matters. Manage database and documentation of executed contracts to provide contract visibility and awareness and to support implementation. Monitor transaction compliance milestones, deliverables, and invoicing. Develop, implement and manage procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy and make recommendations to influence company policies and procedures. Provide redlined recommendations and facilitate contract progress by working with third party vendors, attorneys, sourcing and procurement staff. Serve as point of contact for internal customers for the review, approval, processing, and reconciliation of third party contracts. Provide guidance on contract matters to practice leads, project managers and other operational staff and train new project managers and other employees on contract management practices and procedures. Assist sourcing teams with proposals and RFP/RFI submissions.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college/university and/or paralegal training preferred. Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) and/or Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certifications preferred. 5+ years of contracts management and negotiation experience. Experience drafting, reviewing and modifying routine and non-routine contracts, as well as experience managing the contracts process in a large matrixed environment. Experience in developing process and procedure improvements to the coordination and matter management between sales/business development and contracts/legal functions. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Sign or other electronic signature applications preferred.
