Legal Assistant The candidate will prepare and review real estate documents, including Notices of Sale, Affidavits, Deeds, Title Reports, Estoppel Letters, Settlement Statements, etc. Will verify and update information in firm and client case management systems in accordance with client requirements. Provide updates to clients using various case management systems, including LPS, Lenstar, Vendorscape, Tempo and ADR. Communicate directly with clients regarding various matters in a professional and timely manner. Assist attorneys in all aspects and areas of the statewide real estate practice, as needed. Should have 2-4 years of legal administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Working legal knowledge of real estate transactions, preferably some foreclosure and bankruptcy essential. Proficiency in MS Office needed.
