Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of two years of experience in workers' compensation law is preferred.
• Prior experience in insurance defense is encouraged.
• Active license to practice law in South Carolina.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Current membership in the South Carolina Bar Association.
