Review:

"Solid Firm"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 21, 2017

Consider overhauling the way annual reviews are conducted to give actionable feedback to associates so they can grow their careers.

Pros : The expectations here are very reasonable and I've had no trouble meeting billable hours. The hours here are pretty good and the work/life balance I've managed to achieve is definitely acceptable.
Cons : The training program and review process isn't that great. I don't receive a lot of actionable feedback during my annual performance reviews, and others I work with have said the same.
