Duties:
- Prepare and negotiate letters of intent, purchase agreements, assignments, and closing documents.
- Review and analyze all aspects of financing and closing for complex transactions.
- Handle various types of lending and financing transactions.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Independently manage assigned matters from inception to conclusion while meeting deadlines.
- Provide legal advice on real estate matters and transactions.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve transaction goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in real estate law and transactions.
- Strong background in commercial and real estate transactions.
- Portable book of business is a significant asset.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Wisconsin and/or Iowa State Bar in good standing.
- Admission to practice in Illinois and/or Indiana is beneficial.
- Outstanding organizational skills, high attention to detail, and advanced document editing skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
