- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to ensure smooth case progression.
- Stay current on changes in laws, regulations, and court procedures.
- Manage and prioritize a caseload, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed.

- Represent the firm at professional and legal networking events.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the South Carolina State Bar.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on family law.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to apply legal principles to complex cases.
- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
