Contract Administration Manager The candidate will review, summarize and evaluate complex contracts and requests for proposal supporting the employer’s relocation, move management and related businesses. Will work on organizational contract development and management activities, and enforcement of organizational principles of integrity and compliance. Utilize applicable software program(s) to develop, maintain, improve and update contract management and tracking information in a secure manner. Ensure that all Company contracts are stored and remain accessible by using document management software or system. Organize and manage systems for ensuring consistent satisfaction of ongoing contract requirements and objectives. Research upon request contract or request for proposal requirements in various areas, including insurance, data protection, and other aspects. Respond to non-complex contractual or request for proposal information requests using specific formats. Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues. Track and monitor subcontractor compliance of key contractual terms and requirements. Communicate regularly with Senior Vice President of Contracts Services, other Company management and business teams, and upon request legal counsel regarding contract and request for proposal matters and status. Assist in the development of standards for contracts, including payment terms and general language based on strategy discussions, senior management input, and organizational needs and expectations, while assuring accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments. Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables. Serve as secondary organizational contact during contract negotiations and engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards, and cost targets. Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should preferably have College Degree in business management or related field. Prior work experience in a Paralegal role or contract management role, such as purchasing or contracting, supporting contract administration efforts at a law firm or in support of an in-house legal department or contracting department at a company of similar or larger size is preferred. Experience with corporate relocation industry, GSA Contracts, or services related contracting is a plus. Should be proficient experience utilizing Excel, Word, Salesforce.com. Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting financial models and analyses is essential. Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting contracts is essential. Must have strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow; must be detailed oriented
