Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Assisting attorneys in the management of their cases. Preparing basic pleadings. Managing large document productions. Obtaining and reviewing records of all types. Scheduling evidence inspections, depositions and trials. Communicating with witnesses. Preparing trial exhibits. Assisting at trials.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and/or related paralegal certificate preferred. 3+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient computer and word processing skills. Detail oriented, well-organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
