Duties

• Advise clients on renewable energy project financing transactions
• Collaborate with a team to develop innovative structures
• Mitigate risks and create business opportunities
• Support project sponsors, developers, and financial institutions
• Manage projects throughout the development, construction, operation, finance, and acquisition phases

Requirements

• 3-5 years of M&A experience, preferably in the renewables or electric power sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience working effectively in a deadline-driven setting
• Strong academic credentials

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in the state bar
