Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm based in Boston, MA, seeks a driven Associate Attorney with a background in securitization and structured finance or transactional law. This opportunity involves contributing to a top-ranked, globally recognized finance team specializing in structured credit and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs). The role offers a chance to collaborate with leading asset managers, equity investors, and CLO underwriters while engaging in complex, high-profile projects.

Duties:

• Handle securitization transactions, structured finance, and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs).
• Provide legal counsel and support for private credit arrangements, fund financing, NAV-based facilities, and subscription line credit facilities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial and transactional documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in business development and client relationship management activities to support practice growth.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of substantive experience in securitization, structured finance, or transactional law.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Prior exposure to CLOs, private credit, or fund finance is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
