Duties:

- Handle discovery, including depositions and interrogatories
- Attend court hearings and trials
- Maintain direct communication with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Requirements:
- Indiana Bar licensure (passed or pending)
- 0 to 5 years of litigation experience (depending on the candidate's qualifications)
- Previous experience in civil litigation or trial work preferred, though first-year attorneys may be considered
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to or pending admission to the Indiana State Bar
Certifications:
- Indiana Bar license or awaiting results for Indiana Bar exam
