Offering associates better bonuses and incentives would motivate some to invest more time and effort in some projects, including those that have nothing to do with legal issues.Pros : This is a large firm. We take care of a lot of different areas of law, so I am able to learn a lot from my fellow attorneys here. The partners also make sure that we are able to interact with different departments as well to ensure efficiency in dealing with cases.
