Franchise Transaction Administrator The candidate facilitates the Franchise Agreement process including the preparation of all franchise agreements for execution, maintenance of the franchisee database and electronic filing system, maintenance of departmental reports, maintenance of central franchisee files, and communicating with franchisees and internal Comfort Keepers® employees. Facilitates the Franchise Agreement process including the preparation of all franchise agreements for execution, maintenance of the franchisee database and electronic filing system, maintenance of departmental reports, maintenance of central franchisee files, and communicating with franchisees and internal Comfort Keepers® employees. Must have Bachelor’s degree. Paralegal certification or equivalent experience is preferred. California Notary is desired. Should have 4+ years’ experience in franchise transaction and/or contract administration. 2+ years’ experience using leading edge cloud-based software is preferred. 2+ years’ experience in customer service environment is a plus. Knowledge of the franchise industry, including knowledge of franchising processes and systems highly desired. Working knowledge of CRM databases (Salesforce preferred), electronic filing systems, document preparation software and mapping software is helpful.
