  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Knowledge Updates:
    • Stay current on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on real estate cases preferred.
  • Proven success in managing cases from inception to resolution.

Skills

  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to craft effective legal arguments.
  • Proficiency in legal technology and research tools.

Education
