Duties

• Case Management:

• Legal Research and Strategy:
  • Conduct detailed legal research to develop effective case strategies and provide informed counsel.
• Document Drafting:
  • Prepare and review legal documents, such as complaints, motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Court Representation:
  • Represent clients during hearings, motions, trials, and other court proceedings.
• Alternative Dispute Resolution:
  • Engage in mediation and arbitration to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Collaboration and Guidance:
  • Work closely with other attorneys to provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and progress.
• Knowledge Updates:
  • Stay current on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on real estate cases preferred.
• Proven success in managing cases from inception to resolution.

Skills

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to craft effective legal arguments.
• Proficiency in legal technology and research tools.

Education
