Firm specializes in providing full service legal representation to cities and other public agencies. Seeking an attorney who has experience representing public agencies on transactional and advisory matters, and has direct experience having served as legal advisor to a planning commission or another public body or board. Attorney should be able to step in to cover City Council meetings, planning commissions and other meetings. Significant experience in at least one of the following areas is required: Land use and zoning laws, Brown Act, Public Records Act and Political Reform Act.
