The Estate Planning Attorney will provide legal advice and services to clients in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration and probate. This includes, but is not limited to: Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents Advising clients on structuring their estates to meet their goals and objectives Preparing estate tax returns Administering trusts and estates Representing executors, trustees, and beneficiaries in probate proceedings The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate must also have acute attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced culture. The candidate must have initiative, be able to act decisively, work independently and exercise excellent and ethical judgment.
