Associate Attorney – Litigation Duties: The candidate will have experience as part of a litigation team and have trial experience with Colorado state and federal courts, as well as arbitration panels. Top candidates will display natural leadership qualities and have experience, in drafting briefs, managing the discovery process, and taking/defending depositions. Will have knowledge of and experience in supporting a Litigation team that represents clients in court cases and other kinds of adversarial legal proceedings such as arbitrations, mediations and administrative law proceedings. Achieve positive outcomes and reviews from clients. Proportionately contribute to overall client satisfaction and firm revenue/profitability goals. Attain minimum billing hours (utilization) on a monthly and annual basis. Attain Effective Rate goals on a monthly and annual basis. Develop new client referral sources for business development on an annual basis.
Qualification and ExperienceQualifications: The candidate should have 2–5 years of practicing law with exposure to a wide array of litigation matters. Excellent drafting skills coupled with the ability to formulate, consider, and evaluate potential solutions. A strong vision for your future. Juris Doctorate from an accredited university. Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. An attorney that is determined, professional, well-informed, knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive. A motivated individual with a proven ability to develop effective relationships that lead to success for the Firm and specific practice area. Ability to work independently and as part of a team conducting research, preparing legal documents, and performing other duties to ensure clients receive the best and most cost-effective legal solutions.
