"A Firm Where They Try Hard To Maintain A Positive Environment And Promote Employee Wellness"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 04, 2017

For most lawyers, this will not be an opportunity to be missed. Coblentz Patch seems to care that you do well.

Pros : The firm seems to care about their employees. The top brass are experienced managers and know what burnout looks like, and they want to avoid it. So you can expect some time off.
Cons : The firm seems confused about the direction of its practice areas. There has been some overhauling and turnover in recent years.
