Attorney/Tax Specialist The candidate must be a partner level, senior associate level attorney or Tax Specialist with 7+ years of relevant experience in federal taxation. Must have experience handling tax matters related to partnerships, limited liability companies, S corporations and C corporations. In addition, must have experience in drafting operating agreements and in negotiating the tax implications of covenants, representations and warranties, and indemnification provisions in M&A transactions, and should have experience providing tax advice to clients with respect to structuring transactions and the tax consequences thereof. Experience handling federal audits and appeals is a plus. Must have a J.D. Degree and outstanding academic credentials and writing skills.

The firm should either retrain the boss of the law firm or replace with a much more respectful and fair boss. Management should do a better job of not making poor decisions.

Pros : A law firm that has created a working space environment in which opportunities for development. The management team does a great job of looking out for the employees and staff.
Cons : Sometimes the management team has poor judgement. The boss gives the sense that there is a favorable staff member or members.
