The candidate will be involved in a broad range of complex and innovative transactions, both public and private, for organizations of all sizes and across a variety of sectors. Should have significant experience working on a variety of transactions, public and private M&A transactions, and general corporate/commercial matters. Must be fully proficient in Japanese language (oral and written). Must be a member in good standing of the New York Bar.
