Senior Conflicts Analyst The candidate will focus on New Business, working under the supervision of the Director of Conflicts (New Business). Will be primarily responsible for processing and analyzing all incoming new client and new matter workflow requests and analyzing large conflict check reports on a daily basis to determine any direct or potential conflicts. Must have 5+ years of experience in a legal environment, an overall understanding of a corporate law practice and strong research and writing skills. A JD degree is strongly preferred, as is knowledge of conflicts and experience with complete conflicts resolution. A Paralegal Certificate, completion of an ethics course in paralegal program and/or experience as a paralegal or conflicts analyst in a law firm is preferred. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical and interpersonal skills and sound organizational skills. Must have the ability to work independently and the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.

The law office should step away from only focusing on attorneys and should also look into helping other staff. Also, there is a need for affordable benefits.

Pros : The law firm is composed of employees and staff which are respectful and very knowledgeable. The law firm is unique in the sense that they embrace a different type of work culture.
Cons : The law firm does a poor job of offering benefits to staff and employees which are affordable. The management team seems to focus more on staff that includes attorneys.
