Personal Injury Case Manager/Legal Assistant DUTIES: Corresponding with the insurance companies to discuss liability and case status- Sending letters of representation to insurance companies. Coordinating the clients’ vehicle repair or total loss payment with the insurance company. Assisting clients in scheduling doctor appointments. Requesting police reports and medical records. Translating for the attorney in meetings/calls with Spanish-speaking clients. Maintaining and updating the database of clients and their case information. Providing clients with status updates regarding their respective cases. Scheduling meetings/conference calls for the attorneys.
Qualification and Experience
REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual (Fluent Spanish). Well organized. Excellent customer service. Proficient in basic computer programs (ie: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel). Attention to detail. Positive attitude/Team player. Willingness to go above and beyond. Good follow through on tasks.
