Summer Law Clerk The intern will assist persons trafficked for the purpose of forced labor and slavery-like practices and to work toward ending all instances of such human rights violations. Assist in the provision of a wide range of legal services to survivors of human trafficking. Collaborate with partner NGOs in advocating for legal reform. Train partner agencies in trafficking-related issues. B.A. and J.D. or currently enrolled in J.D./graduate program. CAST would also prefer that Part-Time Fall/Spring Law Clerks be receiving school credit. Substantive Immigration experience preferred. Experience working with victims of trauma or abuse preferred. Bilingual required-Spanish, Korean preferred. Deadline : January 10, 2019.
