Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for all duties necessary to prepare cases for litigation, settlement, and/or trial. Reviewing and summarizing medical and wage records, drafting correspondence and discovery, electronic case filing, strategy meetings with attorneys, research, managing attorney scheduling/calendars, coordinating depositions, and other projects. Maintain point of contact with clients, doctors, courts, experts, attorneys, and others involved in the case.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree while Paralegal Certificate is Preferred. Strong Academic Performance is critical. Strong computer, organizational, oral and written communication skills are must. Attention to detail is must and be fluent with Microsoft Office applications.
