Trust Administration Officer II The candidate will assist the Senior Trust Officer in performing fiduciary administrative functions and delivering high level service to the high net worth clients, serving as an ambassador for US Trust in the local market. Will interface with the teams, clients or client's outside advisors, as well as internal colleagues.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree. Credentials such as JD, CTFA, CFP, Paralegal background is preferred. 2 Plus years of prior legal experience supporting Fiduciary, Estate or Trust work with high network clients. Highly prefer a strong background with irrevocable trust accounts. Knowledge of basic trust concepts and vehicles. Familiarity with basic fiduciary and tax laws, fiduciary investment strategies. Awareness of the Bank’s risk parameters and the ability to apply them to situations. Knowledge of US Trust Policy & Procedures. Awareness of trust functions and trust operations. Proven strong interpersonal skills and ability to function as a team player. Proven detail orientation, accurate execution, organization and a strong sense of urgency mindset required to independently and effectively manage workflow. Proven professional written and verbal communication skills.
