Senior Program Manager, Legal Operations Duties: Deliver program and project business requirements as defined by the requirementsâ€™ success criteria. Set clear direction and management objectives that align with defined practices & policies that enhance corporate and legal initiatives. Deliver s a wide range of projects throughout the organization that depend on legal expertise. Work with business owners to define business requirements and success criteria of programs and projects. Effectively lead cross-functional teams on all phases of program and project delivery, including initial scoping & design, resource planning & scheduling, and delivering on scope, on time & on budget. Monitor and mitigate project risks along the way. Build long-term relationships with multiple business partners strengthening partnership with the Legal team. Ensure that SMEs and other team members are productively engaged in the process. Facilitate team meetings, create and deliver presentations, and drive meetings to action-oriented decisions. Provide routine project status communications to leadership.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s degree from an accredited college or university. MBA/MA/JD or Paralegal certification a plus. 10+ years of general work experience with Project Management focus, including 6+ years in a program or project leadership role. Agile, Lean, Six Sigma or PMI/PMP coursework or certification a plus. Management consulting experience and experience working in the technology sector strongly preferred. Law department experience a plus. Prior experience in leading privacy or data security projects a plus.
