Client Services Manager The candidate responsibilities will include: Manage department workflow and create solutions for improvements; Provide administrative support for a team of Case Managers; Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, providers and referral sources; Edit reports and invoices and submit to payors and providers; File organization and maintenance; Connect with incoming and outgoing callers utilizing professional and compassionate customer service skills; Create and send faxes, letters, emails, etc. Must have prior administrative experience in the health care, insurance, and/or paralegal industries. Should preferably have Bachelor’s Degree in a health related field. Previous leadership experience is required. Knowledge of medical terminology is needed. Knowledge of Michigan Auto No-Fault and medical case management is must. Advanced competency in computer technology including: Adobe, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel is essential.
