Legal AssistantThe candidate should have 2+ years' previous litigation experience working in insurance defense and/or PIP Defense. Litigation experience including trial preparation and support required. Must have proficiency in Word as well as proof reading, typing, editing, redlining documents, and working in our case management system (Prolaw). Should have experience with heavy calendaring/scheduling. Professionalism and stellar client customer service is required.
