Legal Assistant The candidate duties include: Basic clerical duties such as answering phones, copying, faxing, scanning, mailings, and other organizational tasks; Responsible for managing the attorney's caseload, obtaining documents from clients, organizing client files, preparing documents for attorney review, requesting medical records; Responsible for managing the attorney's calendar; Other duties assigned. Must possess written and verbal communication skills. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Bilingual/Spanish speaking would be preferred. Must be able to type and format documents.
