Workers Compensation Paralegal The candidate will involve in daily and constant work helping attorneys keep their cases well-organized and moving. Will frequently speak with clients to relay information about their case, schedule important events. Should have experience in worker’s compensation. The candidate will be responsible for handling claims from inception through resolution. The position entails extensive contact with clients, attorneys, insurance adjustors, and medical providers. Opening new files; gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents; Fully investigate each case; Maintain contact with clients on regular basis; Prepare documents and correspondence; Collect documentation of all damages sustained such as medical records, bills and loss of income; Read and interpret medical records and reports; organize and maintain case files. 3+ years of knowledge in personal injury/workers compensation preferred. Must be able to jump into an existing caseload and move cases forward.
