IP - Patent Prosecution & Litigation Associate The candidate will assist on all aspects of global portfolio strategy and management, including obtaining and enforcing IP rights in the US and abroad. Should have 2-4 years of IP transactional experience in drafting and patent prosecution, a chemical engineering degree (advanced degrees preferred), be admitted to the USPTO, and be licensed to practice law in Texas or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible. Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
