Paralegal, Corporate The candidate assists in-house counsel with corporate recordkeeping, board and stockholder meeting preparation, equity plan management, transaction execution and policies and compliance processes. Manages corporate records, board and stockholder materials, director and officer information and administrative legal tasks. Assists with M&A and other strategic transactions, including providing due diligence support, data room management, and preparing and organizing documents. Thinks proactively about improving processes to help firm’s legal operations continue to scale effectively with incredible growth. Responsible for scheduling and completing corporate filings. Coordinates with stock administration team to ensure proper management of equity plan. Liaises with other teams within the company and external parties to ensure efficient workflow and handling of requests. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant corporate legal experience -- which means administrative, legal, operations, project management or other experience requiring attention to detail, event planning and time management. In-house experience a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must have proficiency working in a Mac environment, and specifically with Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.), Dropbox, Excel, Outlook and Word. Experience working with stock administration software is a plus.
