The ideal candidate should possess 8 years of experience in sophisticated estate plan drafting, trust administration, and business succession planning.

Duties:
• Provide a full range of sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management advice to individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations.
• Draft complex estate plans and business succession planning documents for high-net-worth individuals.
• Draft complex charitable giving documents.
• Counsel clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning.
• Assist with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates.
• Process Federal gift and estate tax returns.
• Conduct tax-exempt organization planning.

Requirements:
• 8 years of experience in estate plan drafting.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a sophisticated practice in a busy, collegial environment.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:
• . from an ABA-approved law school.
• An active member in good standing of the State Bar.

Skills:
• Proficient in drafting complex estate plans and business succession planning documents.
