We are seeking an associate to join our national longstanding health law practice.

The candidate should have substantial knowledge of state and federal regulatory aspects of health law including HIPAA, Stark, anti-kickback, fraud and abuse, contract drafting/review, compliance, licensure and accreditation and transactional matters. Top academic credentials are required along with strong writing skills and the ability to become admitted to the Connecticut bar. Although the Hartford office is preferred, we are flexible about location and will consider applicants who prefer a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualification and Experience Candidates must have three to five years of health law experience involving the representation of health care providers in regulatory and corporate and transactional matters.
