Corona office of our client seeks attorney with experience. The candidate will assume an active role in 25-30 family cases (with supervision depending on experience) that involve dissolution of marriage, legal separation, parentage, child custody, spousal support, child support, attorney?s fees, high net worth clients and complex litigation, as well as prosecuting and defending restraining orders. Will interact with clients from the beginning to the end of the case so that the client feels team representing them is responsive and compassionate to client?s needs. Deliver a fast, written product, addressing the client?s concerns, that is persuasive without grammatical and spelling errors, including preparation of RFOs, Declarations, and Memoranda of Points and Authorities. Able to propound and respond to discovery, including Declarations of Disclosure, Requests for Production, Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, Requests for Admission, Subpoenas, and Depositions. Basic understanding of financial documents, including tax returns, calculating support on DissoMaster, completing Income and Expense Declarations; more advanced skills such as examining marital standard of living and business valuations is a plus. Must be bilingual in Spanish, familiar with judicial council forms, DissoMaster, MS Office, and PDF reader/authoring software.
