Legal Intern Summer 2018 Intern work for Division/Unit: Hearings & Mediation Services. Legal interns are assigned to and work on specific cases and other projects with the Assistant Commissioner, the Chief Administrative Law Judge, the Administrative Law Judges, and the Hearings Counsel, in one or more areas of environmental law and administrative law. These assignments require extensive research and writing. Legal interns within OHMS may also be called upon to draft administrative orders and decisions. The internship is similar to a judicial clerkship. Preferred Standing 2nd Year Law Student. Minimum Standing: 1st Year Law Student. Degree Concentrations: Environmental Studies, Legal Studies, Natural Science, Physical Science. Agency Proposal Submission : February 1, 2018 to April 13, 2018.
