Legal Assistant, Studios The candidate will do drafting correspondence, coordinating agreement approvals and execution, tracking documents, maintaining status reports, word processing, performing general office tasks (such as calendaring, filing and budget tracking), and coordinating other legal and administrative matters with the business groups. Will react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture. Think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups. Must have 3+ years’ experience working as a legal assistant or in an administrative capacity. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. BA/BS degree is a plus. Legal administrative experience is highly valued. Strong written and oral communication skills are a must, as is the desire and aptitude for learning new concept, programs and software on the job
