Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate must have 5-6 years of corporate legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house corporate legal department. Draft, review and revise supplier agreements and other commercial agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts. Conduct legal research regarding product safety statutes and regulations and other applicable laws and regulations and advise management and sales team regarding legal and regulatory compliance. Assist in the resolution of disputes and other pre-litigation matters. Provide legal advice to management within the company and its domestic and international subsidiaries on various matters, such as antitrust, corporate governance, patent and trademark, legal and regulatory compliance, commercial and corporate transactions, advertising, products liability, sales agreements, and trade regulations. Work with and monitor outside legal counsel. Should have J.D. degree from accredited U.S. law school with excellent academic credentials. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia, including membership in the State Bar of Georgia. Should have 5-6 years’ experience practicing law in a law firm and/or corporate legal department.
